A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}I,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND T}IE VILLAGE
CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT AND SETTING FORTH RESTRICTIONS THEREON.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and the Village Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign the original
of that certain plat known as Cromwell Estates, Village of North Palm
Beach, signifying hereby the approval of such plat by the Village
Council of the Village of North Palm Beach. The approval set forth
above is not an approval accepting the plat for maintenance by the
Village, which such acceptance of the plat for maintenance shall
occur only after the Village Engineer has certified that all plat
improvements have been completed in accordance with the plat documents,
' which completions have been bonded by the developers of the plat.
