A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING ONE MACK FRONT
LOAD SANITATION COLLECTION TRUCK AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
AND AUTHORIZING ITS DISPOSAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Administration is recommending the surplus of one 2018 Mack Front Load
Sanitation Collection Truck formerly utilized by the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has the authority to dispose of surplus items of personal
property in any manner so long as it acts in good faith and in the best interests of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby declares the following equipment as surplus personal
property and authorizes its disposal and sale in accordance with Village policies and procedures:
One 2018 Mack Front Load Sanitation Collection Truck
(VIN: 1 M2LR02C8JM003096).
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
