A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH THOSE PERSONS WHO SHALL SIGN AND COUNTERSIGN
C}{ECKS ON ALL DEPOSITORIES OF FllNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEAC}{ ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}[,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5 of Article IV of the
Charter of the Village of North Palm Beach, the Village Treasurer,
FRANCES A. FOX, shall sign all checks drawn on any depository of
Village funds. In the absence or inability of the Village Treasurer
to sign such checks, they shall be signed by the Mayor, H. MALLORY
PRIVETT, JR., acting as Deputy Village Treasurer.
Section 2. All checks in excess of $500.00 drawn upon any
depository of Village funds, except upon those accounts of the North
' Palm Beach Country Club set forth in Section 3 hereof, shall be
countersigned by LAWRENCE J. ROBBINS, Village Manager, or in the ab-
Bence or inability of the Village Manager to countersign such checks,
they shall be countersigned by any of the following members of the
Village Council, being RONALD B. CADBY, ROBERT W. MARTIN, THOMAS B.
RHODES or ROBERT F. SLATER.
Section 3. All checks in excess of $500.00 drawn upon any
of the North Palm Beach Country Club accounts set forth below shall
be countersigned by JOHN HAYES, North Palm Beach Country Club Manager,
or in the absence or inability of the Country Club Manager to counter-
sign such checks, they shall be countersigned by any of the following
members of the Village Council, being RONALD B. CADBY, ROBERT W. MARTIN,
T1[OMAS B. RHODES or ROBERT F. SLATER.
North Palm Beach Country Club Revenue Fund
North Palm Beach Country Club Reserve Operation
Fund
North Palm Beach Country Club Eserow Account
Section 4. Any depository of Village funds of the Village
of North Palm Beach may rely upon the authority herein conferred upon
t}ie persons stated to withdraw funds from bank accounts owned by the
Village of North Palm Beach until delivery to it of a certified copy
of a resolution of the Council revoking or modifying the same, and
that such authority shall include checks drawn to the order of any
of said persons.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to deliver
a certified copy of this Resolution to all current depositories of
Village funds as soon as possible.
Section G. All ordinances or resolutions or parts of
ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby
repealed.
