A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A MEMORANDUM
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF FLORIDA AND THE VILLAGE
e OF NORTH PALM BEACH CONCERNING TRAFFIC SIGNALS TO BE INSTALLED AT THE
INTERSECTIONS OF STATE ROAD ~/5 AND NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD AND STATE ROAD
fk5 AND LIGHTHOUSE DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Olerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to execute a Memorandum Agreement between
the State Road Department of Florida and the Village of North Palm Beach
concerning the installation, cost, maintenance and other matCers in
connection with traffic signals to be installed at the intersections of
State Road qp5 and Northlake Boulevard and State Road ~k5 and Lighthouse
Drive in the Village of North Palm Beach. A copy of said Memorandum
Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and by reference made a part
hereof .
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
