BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}[,

Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
llunnicutt & Associates, Inc. for appraisal services for the 1970 Tax
Assessment Roll for the Village of North Palm Beach, as per the Agree-
ment attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is authorized to affix the Village
Seal to said Agreement.
