A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
I'LORIllA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE
A STORM SEWER EASEMENT TO THE STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF FLORIDA,
W}{F.REAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through
the State Road Department of Florida, to locate, construct and
maintain or improve a portion of State Road 5 in Palm Beach County,
Florida; and
WI{EREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to
said project are owned by the Village of North Palm Beach; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida, a request has
been made for a conveyance of a portion of said lands of this Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
NOR1'}{ PALM BF,ACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council hereby authorizes and directs
i.ts Mayor and Village Clerk to execute the necessary instruments to
effect such conveyance.
