A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}I,
FLORIllA, AUTHORI7ING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
DISCLAIMER TO A VILLAGE EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a certain
drainage easement granted to the Village of North Palm Beach, as per
copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by refer-
ence made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Village Clerk shall sign said
' disclaimer only upon receipt by the Village of North Palm Beach of an
alternative easement for drainage in form satisfactory to the Village
Manager and the Village Attorney.
