Time Limit: 3 minutes Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers) and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI-JUDICIAL MATTERS 1. PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2018-05 – BUDGET AMENDMENT TO FUND PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT – CONTINUED FROM 7/26/18 Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2018-05 amending the FY18 General Fund Budget and amending the Capital Projects Fund Budget to provide funding for replacement of the Public Safety building roof. ACTION D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1. RESOLUTION – PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Contract with Therma Seal Roof Systems, LLC for the removal and replacement of the Public Safety Building roof in the amount of $563,040.00; and authorizing execution of the Contract. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION – ANCHORAGE PARK SOD PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Contract with Odums Sod, Inc. for the purchase, delivery and installation of sod at Anchorage Park in an amount not to exceed $23,940.00; authorizing execution of the Contract and repealing Resolution 2018-46. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION – BANKING SERVICES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the proposal submitted by TD Bank, N.A. for banking services; and authorizing the Village Manager to execute all agreements necessary to effectuate such services. ACTION 4. RESOLUTION – COUNTRY CLUB CLUBHOUSE IRRIGATION PUMPS Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Contract with Sullivan Electric & Pump, Inc. for the installation of three new irrigation pumps at the North Palm Beach Country Club in the amount of $35,312.73; and authorizing execution of the Contract. ACTION 5. MOTION – RELEASE OF LIEN Consider a motion to approve or deny a request for execution of a Release of Lien imposed against James Roy Duke and Barbara C. Duke for violations existing at 824 Country Club Drive, subject to the terms and conditions of the Stipulation and Agreed Order. ACTION F. COUNCIL AND ADMINISTRATION MATTERS 1. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
