FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF GILES CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. FOR RC-
MOll];LING OF THF, SNACK BAR AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB, AND
' AUTIIORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH GILES
CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. FOR SUCH REMODELING.
BF, IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Giles Construction Co., Inc. in the
amount of $15,880.00 for remodeling of the Snack Bar at the North Palm
Beach Country Club is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor and Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain contract for such
remodeling between Giles Construction Co., Inc. and the Village of
North Palm Beach, copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and
' by reference made a part hereof. The Village Clerk is further authorized
to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
