A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA APPOINTING ONE NEW MEMBER TO THE
AUDIT COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article I of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village
Council may appoint residents of the Village as members of Village advisory boards to serve at the
pleasure of the Village Council, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to appoint one new member to serve on the Village
Audit Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The Village Council hereby appoints Edward Katz, current first alternate, to the
vacant regular position on the Audit Committee with a term expiring on April 30, 2019. The
Village Council hereby appoints Suzanne Mehregan, current second alternate, to the first
alternate position on the Audit Committee with a term expiring on April 30, 2019. Additionally,
the following person is hereby appointed to the Village Audit Committee for a term expiring on
the date indicated:

Section 2. The Village Cleric is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this resolution
to the member appointed above.
Section 3.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
