BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM REAC}[,
PLORIllA:
Section 1. Paul C. Schmitt be, and he is hereby, appointed
as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village of North
Palm Beach to replace Robert C. Scott, who resigned from said Board.
Section 2. The said Paul C. Schmitt shall serve as a member
of the 7.oning Board of Adjustment until his successor shall be
appointed.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to furnish

a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed.
