RESPONSIBILITY FOR MONT}{LY ELECTRIC SERVICE CHARGES AND CONTINUOUS

STATF, ROAll llF.PARTMENT AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF STATE ROAD 809 AND
STATE KOAD 5 AND LIGHTHOUSE DRIVE AND STATE ROAD 5 IN THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BF,ACH.
W}[F,REAS, the Village Council, after due consideration, deems
it in the public interest to accept on behalf of the Village the
responsibility for the monthly electric service charges and continuous
maintenance of the traffic control system being installed by the State
Koad Department at the intersections of State Road 809 and State Road
5 and Lighthouse Drive and State Road 5 in the Village of North Palm
Beach,
NOW, 7't{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL 01'
e NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Village of North Palm Beach does hereby
accept the responsibility for the monthly electric service charges
and continuous maintenance for the traffic control systems being in-
stalled by the State Road Department at the intersections of State Road
809 and State Road 5 and Lighthouse Drive and State Road 5 upon
completion of said installation.
Section 2. That a copy of this Resolution be transmitted
to the pertinent officials of the State Road Department.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
