Section 1. The purchase of carpeting for the Village }fall
by the Village Manager from Seth Ford, Inc. for the purchase price
oi' $1,328.00 is hereby ratified and approved in that the Village
Council has satisfied itself by review of quotation bids that said
property was purchased for the Village at the best price obtainable.
