AUDIT COMMITTEE APPLICANT INTERVIEWS B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI-JUDICIAL MATTERS 1. PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2018-05 – BUDGET AMENDMENT TO FUND PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT – REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE Consider a motion to continue to August 9, 2018 the second reading and enactment of Ordinance 2018-05 amending the FY18 General Fund Budget and amending the Capital Projects Fund Budget to provide funding for replacement of the Public Safety building roof. ACTION Regular Session Agenda, July 26, 2018 Page 2 of 2 D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1. Receive for file Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held 6/5/18. 2. Receive for file Minutes of the Recreation Advisory Board meeting held 7/10/18. E. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS 1. RESOLUTION – TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution adopting a tentative millage rate of 7.3300 mils for fiscal year 2018-2019, and establishing a date, time and place for the first hearing on the tentative budget and proposed millage rate. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION – 2ND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR HAZARD PREPAREDNESS, PLANNING, CONSULTING AND RECOVERY SERVICES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Second Amendment to an Agreement for Hazard Preparedness, Planning, Consulting and Recovery Services with GP Strategies Corporation to increase the compensation to $64,755.52; and authorizing execution of the Amendment. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION – APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution appointing one new member to the Audit Committee. ACTION 4. MOTION – PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN Consider a motion to approve or deny a request for execution of Partial Release of a Code Enforcement Lien imposed against David Mahoney for violations existing at 551 Marlin Road.
