BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a
canal right-of-way dedicated by plat to the Village of North Palm
ISeach, as per copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked
I;xhibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof, upon payment of the
sum oi' $120.00 to the Village of North Palm Beach by Fred Longo,
Owner of Lots 134, 135 and 136, Plat of Palm Beach-Lake Worth Estates
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14T}{ DAY OF AUGUST, 1969.
