FLORIDA, AUl'}[ORIZING TI{E MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH RUBIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE RESURFACING
OF LIG1{THOUSE DRIVE IN T}{E VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACI{.
BE IT RF,SOLVED RY T}{E VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BEAC}[,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
arc hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain contract
for street resurfacing between the Village of North Palm Beach,
F]orida and Rubin Construction Company, a copy of which contract
is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part
hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
affix the Village Seal to said contract.
