FLORIllA, APPOINTING TI{REE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE
NORTII PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB, VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, TO SERVF,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BF.AC}I,

Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Board of Governors for the North Palm Beach
Country Club of the Village of North Palm Beach as created by Ordinance
No. 9l. to serve until May 1, 1971:
George Baldwin
Robert Martin
James Taylor
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the members
of the Roard of Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club appointed
by this Resolution shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 91 as amended
by Ordinance No. 110, Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed to the
Board of Governors by this Resolution and to the current Chairman of
the Board.
