Section 1. The Village Mayor and Clerk be, and they are
hereby, aut horized and directed to sign that certain Lease Agreement
botween the Village of North Palm Beach and the Florida State Road
llcpartment for the lease of office space in the Village Hall
North
Palm 13cach, Florida, to the State Road Depar ,
tment during the time that
the I']orida State Road Department is engaged in urbanizing part of
U. S. #1 in the Village of North Palm Beach, a copy of which Lease is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit No. 1, and by reference made a part here-
o} .
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to af'fi.x the Village Seal to said contract.
