Section 1. The Village Tax Assessor be, and she is
hereby, granted an extension for filing the tax roll with the State
Comptroller's Office until September 15, 1969, in view of the recent
ruling of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County that applications
for Homestead I;xemption on Condominiums may be filed through and
including July 11, 1.969.
