CHECKS ON ALL DEPOSITORIES OF FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM

BE IT RF,SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
REAC}I, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5 of Article IV of the
Charter of the Village of North Palm Beach, the Village Treasurer,
}'RANCF;S A. FOX, shall sign all checks drawn on any depository of
Village funds. In the absence or inability of the Village Treasurer
to sign such checks, they shall be signed by the Mayor, Thomas F.
hewis, acting as Deputy Village Treasurer.
Section 2. All checks in excess of $500.00 drawn upon
' any depository of Village funds shall be countersigned by Lawrence
Robbins, Village Manager, or in the absence or inability of the
Village Manager to countersign such checks, they shall be counter-
signed by any of the following members of the Village Council, being
77tomas R. Bell, }{, Mallory Privett, Jr. , Allan V. F,verard or }[erbert
A. watt.
Section 3. Any depository of Village funds of the Village
of North Palm Beach may rely upon the authority herein conferred upon
tho persons stated to withdraw funds from bank accounts owned by the
Village oi' North Palm Beach until delivery to it of a certified copy
of a resolution of the Council revoking or modifying the same, and
that such authority shall include checks drawn to the order of any of
said persons.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to deliver
a certified copy of this Resolution to all current depositories of
Village funds as soon as possible.
Section 5. A11 ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances
or resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
