Section 1. The Village Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed in behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach
to sign the release attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and by reference
made a part hereof, in that the party released has done all things
rc~c}wired of him by the Village of North Palm Beach and the Village
has been reimbursed and repaid for any damage done to Village
' property.
