Section 1. Resolution No. 373-68 is hereby amended by
removing therefrom the dates of Workshop Meetings. Workshop meet-
ings shall be held only upon motion duly made and passed at Regular
Meetings and shall not be held automatically on the first and third
Thursdays of each month as set forth in Resolution No. 373-68.
