FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTF,R INTO
AN EX7'F,NSION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMF,NT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF NOR7'I{
PALM BI;ACH, FLORIDA AND PALM BEACH COUNTY CONCERNING PARTICIPATION
IN THh PALM BEACH COl1NTY LIBRARY SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}[,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain Extension
and Modification Agreement between the Village of North Palm Beach
and the County of Palm Beach concerning participation in the Palm
Beach County Library System, a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit 1 and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said Extension and Modification
Agreement.
