Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach hereby acknow-
ledges notice from ROBERT }{AVEY end GEORGE QUICK, doing business
as 11 & Q {:NTERPRISES of their intention to end the Lease and Agree-
ment between them and the Village of North Palm Beach and agrees
that this shall take effect May 31, 1969.
