1'1,ORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE A STORA7
SEWER EASEMENT TO THE STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF FLORIDA
' WIiEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the
State Road llepartment of Florida, to locate, construct and maintain
or improve a portion of State Road 5 in PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIllA,
and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to
said project are owned by the Village of North Palm Beach, and
W}{I:REAS, on behalf of the State of Florida, a request
has been made for a conveyance of a portion of said lands of this
Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE, VILLAGE COUNCIL OP
NORTH PALM BF,ACII, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they

are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the necessary instru-
meats to effect such conveyance.
