Time Limit: 3 minutes Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers) and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. RESOLUTION – AMENDMENT #2 TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW CLUBHOUSE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving Amendment #2 to the Agreement for Construction Manager at Risk Services with The Weitz Company, LLC to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price for completion of the Clubhouse Project; authorizing execution of the Amendment; and authorizing the Village Manager or designee to make all direct material purchases for the project. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION – FOURTH AMENDMENT TO VERIZON CELL TOWER AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the Fourth Amendment to the Communication Site Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless Personal Communications LP to add one antenna, coaxial lines and hybrid lines for a total configuration of eleven antennas in exchange for a $250.00 increase in monthly rent; and authorizing execution of the Fourth Amendment. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION – AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR LIGHTHOUSE BRIDGE REPAIRS Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Amendment to the Contract with Proshot Concrete, Inc. for the Lighthouse Bridge Repairs to modify the scope and increase the total contract amount to $250,000.00; and authorizing execution of the Amendment. ACTION F. COUNCIL AND ADMINISTRATION MATTERS 1. MAYOR AND COUNCIL MATTERS/REPORTS a. Motion – Designation of voting delegate for Florida League of Cities Conference b. Motion – Designation of voting delegate and alternates for PBC League of Cities 2. VILLAGE MANAGER MATTERS/REPORTS a. Appointment of staff member to The Gardens North County District Park Advisory Board 7. REPORTS (SPECIAL COMMITTEES AND ADVISORY BOARDS) 8. ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person who may require special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Village Clerk’s office at 841-3355 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
