A RESOLUTION OF T}{E VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIllA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
DISCLAIMER TO A VILLAGE EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THF. VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a certain
drainage easement granted to the Village of North Palm Beach, as per
copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by refer-
ence made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Village Clerk shall sign said
disclaimer only upon receipt by the Village of North Palm Beach of an
alternative easement for drainage in form satisfactory to the Village
' Manager and the Village Attorney.
