BE I7' RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COl]NCIL OF NORTH PALM
BP,ACII, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 185.05, Florida
Statutes, the following two regularly employed policemen of the
Village. of North Palm Beach have been recommended by a majority
of the regularly employed policemen of the Village and are
hereby chosen and appointed by the Village Council to be members
of the Board of Trustees of the Policemen's Relief and Pension
Fund of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, to-wit:
Lt. RIC}{ARD P. WILLS
Ptl. GERALD ROBERTS
' Section 2, DR J, EDWIN OBERT be, and he is hereby,
appointed by the Village Council to be the citizen of the Village
who is the remaining member of the Board of Trustees of the
Policemen's Relief and Pension Fund, in accordance with Chapter
185, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. In accordance with Chapter 185, Florida
Statutes, the appointments set forth above shall be for a term
of two years from date.
