Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 175.061, Florida
Statutes, the following two regularly employed firemen of the
Village of North Palm Beach have been recommended by a majority
of the regularly employed firemen of the Village and are hereby
chosen and appointed by the Village Council to be members of the
Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief and Pension Rind of
the Village of North Palm Beach, to-wit:

Ptl. JACK GRANT
' Section 2. SYLVESTER F. ZERNIKO be, and he is hereby,
appointed by the Village Council to be the citizen of the Village
who is the remaining member of the Board of Trustees of the
Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund, in accordance with Chapter
175, I'lorida Statutes.
Section 3. In accordance with Chapter 175, Florida
Statutes, the appointments set forth above shall be for a term
of two years from date.
