INDhMNITY AGREEMENT CONCERNING SPECIAL DEPUTY SHERIFFS WITIi THE
S}[};RIFF OF PALM BF,ACI{ COUNTY.
BE IT RF.'SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain ]]~demnity
Agreement between the Village of North Palm Beach and the Sheriff
oi' Palm Beach County concerning indemnities to the Sheriff for
special deputy sheriffs for members of the Village of North Palm
Beach Police Department.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said Agreement.
