A RESOLUTION OF T}IE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
I'LORIDA, AUT}[ORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER IN1'0
' AN ARC}iITECTURAL CONTRACT WITH ROBERT WATSON, A.I.A., FOR T}IE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SENIOR CITIZENS RECREATION BUILDING AND SEWER
S};RVICE TO 1'HE BUILDING.
BI: IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to enter into that certain
Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect for the
construction of a Senior Citizens Recreation Building and sewer
service to the building, as per contract attached hereto, marked
Exhibit A, and by reference made a part hereof,
' Section 2, The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said Contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1969.
