BE IT RESOLVED BY T}{E VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BF.ACII,
PhORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are. hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain Lease
and that certain Agreement concerning the operation of the dining
room and bar at the North Palm Beach Country Club, copies oi' which
are attached hereto, marked respectively Exhibit A and Exhibit B,
and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said Lease and to said Agree-
meat.
