BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BF,ACH,

Section 1. CHARLES R. O'MEILIA be, and he is hereby, appointed
as a member appointed by the Village Council of North Palm Beach, Florida,
to the Architectural Conunittee established under the restrictive coven-
ants in connection with the various platted subdivisions which are lo-
catod within the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 2. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be
sent to Mr. }I. A. Ross as evidence of the appointment of the member
o}' the Architectural Committee to replace Mr. W. G. Carver.
