BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk he and t{iey
are hereby authorized and directed to enter into that certain
contract between The Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, and
The R. }1. Rarto Company, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part of this Resolution.

Section . The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
