TO RF, RENDERED TO CONSTRUCT A NEW MUNICIPAL LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

Section L The Mayor and the Village Clerk be and they
arc hereby authorized and directed to enter into that certain
Contract between The Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, and
W. G, LASSITER COMPANY, INC., a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part of this Resolution.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and

directed to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
