BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

Section 1. KEITH POOLE be and he is hereby appointed as a mem-
ber of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Police and Fireman
Relief and Pension Funds of the Village of North Palm Beach to
replace Frank Saroka, who has resigned. This appointment shall
be for the remainder of the two year term set forth in Resolution
No. 294-67.
