FUNDS FOK THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MUNICIPAL LIBRARY FOR THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALP9 BEACH.

BE I1' RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
I'LORIllA:
Section 1. The Mayor and Village Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign that certain agreement be-
tween the Florida Library and Historical Commission and the Village
' oi' Nortlx Palm Beach, Florida, a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit A, and by reference made a part hereof, thereby
binding the Village of North Palm Beach to the terms of said agree-
mcnt.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
