BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to sign contracts and all utility permit applications with the
Florida. State Road Department submitted on either Form 121 Revised
4-64 or Form 627-1 Revised 6-64, and to bind the Village of North
Palm Beach to the conditions described in the permits.
Section 2. The following statement shall be included
with al]. utility permit applications:
"This Application and Indemnification Agreement
is authorized by Resolution No. -68 dated
the day of 1968.°
