BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTIi PALM
BEAC}I, FLORIDA:
Section 1. OLE NISSEN be, and he is hereby, appointed as
a member of the Library Board of the Village of North Palm Beach
to fill the unexpired term of MARTIN GOLD.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of OLE NISSF,N
as a member of the Library Board shall be as set forth in Ordinance
No. 117-65.
' Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above and
to the current Chairman of the Library Board.
