A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACIi,
FLORIllA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY
BOARD.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACI[,
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board, as
created by Ordinance No. 92, to serve until May 1, 1970:
Jerry Wedekind
F. C. Shirer
Mervin McIntyre
Carl Wilbanks
Walter K. Wiggs
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the members
of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board appointed by this Resolution
shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 92.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
a conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed to the
Planning and Zoning Advisory Board and to the current Chairman oi' the
Board.
