A RFSOLl1TI0N OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
YhORIDA, APPROVING THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF THE REPEAT OF A
PORTION OF MARINA ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
' FLORIDA, AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC FACILITIES DEDICATED THEREBY
WI[F,RI:AS, the construction required by the approved develop-
nuaxt plan for the replat of a portion of MARINA ADDITION to the
Village of North Palm Beach has been completed by the plattor, and
WI[};RF,AS, the Village Engineer has certified that the com-
pleted construction required by the approved development plan has
been satisfactorily performed,
NOW, THE:REF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF, VILLAGE COUNCIL
0}' NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the completed construction of the replat
of a portion of MARINA ADDITION to the Village of North Palm Beach
is hereby approved and the dedication offers made upon said replat
are hereby accepted. 1'he Village Clerk is hereby directed to return
to t}ie plattor or his nominee money held in escrow to guarantee
completion of this construction upon being furnished with affidavits
or releases showing all bills connected therewith have been paid
in full.
