A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COIINCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE V:CLLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
MC KERCHAR & WALLACE, ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS, FOR SERVICES TO BE RENDERED
TO CONSTRUCT TWO WING ADDITIONS TO THE EXISTING VILLAGE HALL AND TO MAKE ALTERA-
TIONS TO THE EXISTING BUILDING GdITH A FIXED LIMIT OF PROJECT CONSTRUCTION
COST OF $80,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor a.nd the Vi1la,ge Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into that certain Contra.et between The Village
of North Palm Beach, Florida, and McKerchar & Wa1la.ce, a.s Architects a.nd
Engineers, a, copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by
reference made a. part of this Resolution.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
affix the Village Seal to said contra.et.
