RESOLUTION N0. 342-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE VIL]lAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING THE MAYOR AND VICE-MAYOR FOR SAID VILLAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
' Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 through 11, Article
III, of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956, the same being
the Charter for said Village, the following persons be, and they are hereby named
• to the following offices of such Village:
THOMAS :F. LEWIS - Mayor --
THOMAS :ft. BELL - Vice-Mayor
Section 2. The above named officers shall take and subscribe an oath
before a.n officer duly qualified to administer oaths that they will faithfully and
impartially execute the duties of their offices according to the best of their
ability and understanding, which said oath will then be filed with the Village
Clerk a.nd spread upon the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3_ The above named Mayor_and Vice-Mayor shall hold office until
their respective successors shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of -the
Charter of the Village, and shall qualify.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1ST DAY OF APRIL, 1968.
