A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
CERTAIN PLAT AND SETTING FORTH RESTRICTIONS THEREON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and the Village Clerk_be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign the original of that certain plat known
as a. repla.t of a. portion of the Ma.rina_ Addition, Village of North Palm Beach,
signifying hereby the approval of such plat by the Village Council of the Village
of North Palm Beaeh. The Vi1la.ge Manager's and the Village C1erkTs signatures shall
be affixed a.s set forth above after final approval to the plat ha.s been furnished
by the Village Engineer and the Village-Attorney stating that the plat and any bond
concerned with the plat and any other documents connected therewith a.re in accordance
with all applicable Village ordinances.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF MARCH, 1968.
