RESOLUTION N0. 335-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SHERIFF OF PALM
BEACH COUNTY FOR THE INCARCERATION OF PRISONERS IN THE COUNTY JAIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA_
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized
and directed to sign that certain agreement between the Village of North Palm Beach and
the Sheriff of Palm Beach County for the inca.rcera.tion of prisoners of the municipality
at the County Jail, a, copy of which agreement is a,tta.ched hereto, marked "Exhibit A"
and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to affix the Village --
Seal to said agreement.
