ORDINANCE 2018-04 — CODE AMENDMENT — DOCKS AND PIERS Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2018-04 amending Chapter 5, "Boats, Docks and Waterways," of the Village Code of Ordinances to expand mooring limitations, modify existing definitions, provide additional definitions, clarify regulations relating to the construction and location of docks and piers, modify the construction requirements for docks and piers in Lake Worth and the Atlantic Ocean and provide for floating vessel platforms as required by Florida Statute. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS RESOLUTION — APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VILLAGE BOARDS Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution appointing members to the Audit Committee, General Employees Retirement Board, Golf Advisory Board, Infrastructure Surtax Oversight Committee, Library Advisory Board, Planning Commission, Recreation Advisory Board, Waterways Board, and Zoning Board of Adjustment. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — ANCHORAGE PARK SOD PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Contract with Odums Sod, Inc. for the purchase, delivery and installation of sod at Anchorage Park in an amount not to exceed $68,000.00; and authorizing execution of the Contract. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING DEPARTMENT SERVICES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Amendment to the Agreement with Hy -Byrd, Inc. for Building Department and related services; and authorizing execution of the Amendment. ACTION 4. RESOLUTION — AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL, PLAN REVIEW AND INPSECTION SERVICES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Amendment to an Agreement with M.T.
