A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES 01E' THE MUNICIPAL POLICE AND __
FIREMEN PENSION TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. HARRY VAN NOTE be, and he is hereby appointed as a member of the
. Board o£ Trustees o£ the Municipal Police and Firemen Relie£ and Pension Funds _
of the Village of North Palm Beach to replace James Sutherland, who has re-
signed. This appointment shall be for the remainder of the two-year _
term set forth in Resolution No. 293-1967.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23 DAY OF JANUARY, 1968.
