MUNYON ISLAND WITHIN THE BULKHEAD LINE OF THAT ISLAND AS ESTABLISHED BY THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. WALTER J, DOLAN, as owner of Little Munyon Island, having
applied to The Village of North Palm Beach to issue a. fill permit for the purpose
. of filling Little Munyon Island within the bulkhead line of that island as
established by The Village of North Palm Beach, and the Vi1la.ge Council having
reviewed the application dated November 2, 1967 and having been furnished with
a. biological survey and an ecological survey by the State.$oaxd of Conservation.
dated October 19, 1967 regarding the same, and having considered a.ll the factors
required by Chapter 253, Florida. Statutes, hereby grants to the applicant,
WALTER J. DOLAN, permission to fill in Little Munyon Island within the bulkhead
line of that island a.s esta.blished by The Vi1la.ge of North Palm Beach, being a.
tra.et of submerged land in Lake Worth in Sections 15 a.nd 22, Township 42 South,
Range :}3 East, in The Village of North Palm Beach, abutting and surrounding island
No, 2 in said Section 22, sometimes known as Little Munyon Island, containing
15.114 acres, more or less, within an established bulkhead line within The Village
of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida., subject to the approval of the
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund as set forth in Chapter 253.12~F, Florida,
Statutes.
Section 2. The Village Clerk shall provide the applicant, WALTER J._
DOLAN, with a. certified copy of this Resolution, which shall serve as a, permit
authorizing said WALTER J. DOLAN to fill Little Munyon Island.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28 DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1967.
