A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
JUDGES AD LITEM FOR THE NORTH PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL COURT, AND SETTING FORTH _
REMUNERATION, _
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACI3, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Article VI of the North Palm Beach Charter, JADIES MORRISON, _
ESQUIRE, and GEORGE BALDWIN, ESQUIRE, are hereby appointed as Municipal Judges a.d Litem
for the Municipal Court of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. The powers and duties of the Municipal Judges a.d Litem a.re as set
forth in Article VI of the Village Charter.
Section 3. The salaries of the Municipal Judges ad Litem are hereby set a.t the
sum of $25.00 for each court sitting, $5.00 for each arrest or search warrant issued
during all daylight hours while not sitting on the bench, and $15.00 for all search
warrants and arrest warrants issued during all non-daylight hours while not sitting =
on the bench.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1~4 DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1967.
