A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLP~GE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
A J[JDGE FOR THE VILLAGE COURT OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:

Section 1. Pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the Charter o£ the Village of
North Palm Beach, HOWARD HARRISON, ESQUIRE, a, member of The Florida, Bar, is appointed as
Village Judge of the Village Court of North Palm Beach. Mr. HOWARD HARRISON shall
hold office during the pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 2. The Vi1la.ge Judge shall receive the sum of $25.00 per court
sitting for his services as Village Judge.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect December 1, 1967.

Section ~F. A11 resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with -this
resolution are hereby repealed.
